How website information is handled
Information you choose to provide
Bergrand Realty stores contact and valuation follow-up information only when you submit a form and consent to contact. An instant valuation can be generated without providing contact information.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, route it to the brokerage, improve service, and maintain operational records. It is not sold through this website.
Maps and alert requests
Interactive maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap or the configured mapping provider, which receives standard browser connection information and the map areas requested. Email-alert setup requests store your contact details, consent, and search preferences. Automated listing alerts require activation through the connected listing service.
Service providers and retention
Configured email, property-data, and IDX providers may process only the information needed to deliver their services. Bergrand retains submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate operational records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Newsletters and client communications
Contact records may be organized by inquiry type, such as DIY Listing, home valuation, or email alerts. Bergrand may use selected client lists for relevant real-estate updates. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; opting out stops future newsletters while retaining the record of your request. Optional newsletter preferences are recorded separately from consent to respond to an inquiry.
Your choices
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a website lead record, email hello@bergrand.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction obligations.
Listing offer follow-up
When you open the Contact page from your listing offer, your property address and estimate are temporarily kept in your browser tab to fill in that request. This information is not included in the page URL. The saved offer expires after 30 minutes, is removed after a successful form submission, and is included with your contact details only when you submit the message.
DIY Listing payments
Stripe handles DIY Listing checkout and payment details. Bergrand receives the payment confirmation and customer contact details to arrange the listing. Bergrand does not store your card details. All website inquiries and purchase notifications are directed to hello@bergrand.com.
Seller accounts, documents, and QR pages
Verified seller accounts store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, package purchases, property drafts, checklist progress, and submitted documents. Your private workspace uses a secure session cookie. Account verification and password-reset links expire after 30 minutes. Bergrand can access these records to provide your purchased services and organize client relationships.
Property drafts and uploaded forms are private to your account and Bergrand’s office. Publishing your yard-sign QR page makes the saved property details, price, description, and designated seller contact information public to anyone with the link. You decide when to publish or unpublish; changes to a saved draft require publishing again to update the public page. Public pages may be shared by visitors.
